Recovery is prolonged, with high re-rupture rates in large injuries and off-target effects. There is an urgent need for precise diagnostics and effective therapies.

  • Microneedle bioelectronic chip: A porous microneedle sensor that monitors the biochemical environment at injury sites in real time, detecting specific biomarkers for objective quantitative diagnosis and long-term minimal-invasive monitoring.
  • TendonMatrix scaffold: Derived from bovine tendon extracellular matrix using a proprietary process, our tendon matrix hydrogel-elastomer hybrid mimics the native tendon microenvironment with high bioactivity to promote tissue regeneration. It is formulated as a scaffold for increased mechanical support and can also be developed as an edible supplement for tendon healing.
  • mRNA Therapy: Integrating precise local delivery, sustained release, and tendon-specific targeting, this approach demonstrates superior tendon regeneration in preclinical studies, far outperforming conventional treatments.
