This robot can remove scum from the surface of sewage with tailor-made defoaming mechanism, artificial intelligence (AI) foam classification system and smart control system.

Biofoam problems have been exisiting in the global wastewater treatment industry for decades.
Innovation
- The robot contains a defoaming mechanism, which divides the foam into small pieces through sharp defoaming pillars to reduce the resistance encountered by the robot while sailing, making it easier for the foam to sink into the bioreactor. Afterwards, the sprinkler system recycles the mixture to further disperse small pieces of foam through its high-pressure jets.
- Equipped with an AI foam classification system, a foam density map will be constructed through video analysis. When the specified foam density level is detected, a defoaming route is automatically generated for the robot to operate, based on the foam density map.
- Equipped with a smart control system with LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) and embedded GPS, providing collision avoidance and automatic navigation mechanisms, so that the robot can return to the designated parking space after each defoaming task is completed.
