  • Through molecular engineering, NAMI has successfully developed a series of new immersion coolants to resolve the challenges in thermal management: providing higher thermophysical properties, reliable dielectric performance, high material compatibility, non-toxicity and low environmental impact.
  • Cooling system utilizing NAMI’s high-performance two-phase immersion coolant in Civil Aviation Department’s Control Tower Simulator achieved 25% cooling energy savings under various testing environments.
