This invention relates to development of a cytokine peptide database designed to create a universal quantitative method for cytokines using ion mobility mass spectrometry (IM-MS). This database and associated methods aim to improve the identification, quantification, and analysis of cytokines for medical and clinical applications, particularly in immunotherapy and disease monitoring.
The invention addresses challenges in cytokine research and clinical applications by integrating multidimensional data into a comprehensive peptide database.
